
Cosimo Consulting
Cosimo Consulting is a strategy-focused consultancy working with businesses across leadership, transformation and organisational development. They needed a full brand direction, visual identity and website that reflected their expertise while remaining clear, modern and approachable.
Strategy
I worked end-to-end on the project, covering brand development, visual identity, typography and colour, alongside the full UX and UI design for the website. I also produced templates and assets to ensure the brand remained consistent across Google Workspace and client-facing documents.

Strategy
The project began with a series of workshops and competitor reviews to understand how similar consultancies positioned themselves. I evaluated tone, visual cues, structure and content patterns across the sector, identifying opportunities for Cosimo to present a cleaner, more modern voice. From this, I developed a brand direction centred around clarity, confidence and a minimal visual language that avoided overly corporate tropes while still feeling premium.
Execution
I created a full visual identity including logo refinements, colour palette, typography system and layout rules. These were applied to the new website, where I designed the homepage, service pages, blog templates and contact flow. The UI focused on structure and readability, using clean grids, strong hierarchy and calm spacing. Alongside the web work, I produced Google Workspace templates, document headers, decks and branded assets so the team could work consistently across all touchpoints.

Outcome
Cosimo received a fully developed brand and a website that clearly communicated their expertise while feeling modern and accessible. The design system and document templates created a unified presence across digital and client-facing materials, giving the business a coherent identity that can scale as they grow.
