Pulsio
Pulsio is a wellness brand focused on smart recovery devices, ranging from compression boots to massage and sleep products. I joined during a period of rapid expansion, where the website needed stronger UX foundations, clearer storytelling and a more consistent approach to presenting an increasingly technical product range.
Strategy
I worked across the full e-commerce experience, improving navigation, rebuilding PDPs, shaping product launches and creating reusable UI components. My work centred on identifying friction points, clarifying technical information and developing structures that made the site easier to scale as new products were introduced.

Strategy
The first priority was to understand where users were dropping off and why. The existing PDPs lacked hierarchy and made it hard for customers to compare features or understand the value of each device. Navigation also struggled as the range expanded. My strategy focused on creating a clearer information architecture, establishing consistent patterns for product storytelling and building a PDP framework that balanced education, credibility and conversion.
Execution
I redesigned the navigation to simplify product discovery and built a scalable PDP structure that brought clarity to complex technical features. Across several launches, I shaped the visual direction and crafted clear, accessible narratives around performance, benefits and use cases. I also developed UI components, comparison blocks and structured layouts that could be reused across multiple product lines, ensuring consistency throughout the site. Alongside the core UX work, I created supporting on-site and email assets to keep campaigns visually aligned with the updated system.

Outcome
The updated foundations helped Pulsio reduce friction in key journeys, strengthen its product storytelling and streamline the way new devices were released. The reusable components and scalable PDP framework made the site easier to maintain, giving the brand a clearer, more confident presence online and a structure that supports long-term growth.
